NexURLs is run by Qubi Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using NexURLs you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What NexURLs is

NexURLs is a discovery site. Members share links to pages on other websites, and everyone can explore them one at a time with the Next button, react to them, talk about them and collect them. The sites we link to are not ours and we are not responsible for them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use NexURLs, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts made to game likes, credits or rankings will be removed.

What you share

• You keep ownership of what you post (titles, descriptions, notes, comments, collections). You give us a worldwide, free licence to show, store, adapt and share it on NexURLs and in emails, notifications and promotion of the site.
• Only share links and words you have the right to share, and that follow our Content Policy.
• We can edit, hide or remove anything, and suspend accounts, to keep the site safe and useful.

NexCredits and promotion

• NexCredits are points you earn on NexURLs and can spend to promote URLs. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are not a currency.
• We may change how credits are earned or spent, correct mistakes, and remove credits gained through abuse.
• Promoted URLs are labelled. Promotion buys a place in the rotation, not likes, comments or any particular result. Stopping a promotion returns the credits not yet used.
• If we sell credits or memberships, the price, what you get and any refund terms will be shown before you pay.

Verified owners and badges

Verifying a site tells us you control it. Do not verify sites you do not control. The "Found on NexURLs" badge may be shown on your site as long as it links to NexURLs and is not changed to mislead.

Things you must not do

• Break the law, or share malware, scams, phishing or illegal content.
• Spam, mass-submit, or use bots, scripts or fake accounts to like, view, comment, earn credits or climb the rankings.
• Harass people, or post hateful or threatening content.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

No guarantees

NexURLs is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or that linked sites are accurate or safe. You visit other sites at your own risk.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Qubi Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens on sites we link to. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending things

You can stop using NexURLs and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unused NexCredits end when an account is closed.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will let members know on the site or by email. Using NexURLs after a change means you accept the new terms.
